30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • All original tags and labels must be attached
  • Items must not show signs of installation or use
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service at support@trustautoparts.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive your return authorization (RA) number
  4. Ship the item back with the RA number clearly marked
  5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed or used parts
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Items returned without authorization
