We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- All original tags and labels must be attached
- Items must not show signs of installation or use
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
How to Return
- Contact our customer service at support@trustautoparts.com
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive your return authorization (RA) number
- Ship the item back with the RA number clearly marked
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed or used parts
- Custom or special-order items
- Items returned without authorization
